Our community has been through a lot in recent weeks. Many individuals, families and local businesses across the entire region are still feeling the emotional impact of recent events, and it’s completely understandable to feel unsettled, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to turn.
To help support our region, a series of free, drop-in mental health and wellbeing pop-ups are offered across Porepunkah, Bright, and Myrtleford. These sessions are here to provide a calm, welcoming space where you can speak with someone, access local services, or simply take a moment to pause. You don’t need a referral or an appointment.
You are welcome to come as you are.
We’re here to walk alongside you, and we encourage you to reach out, even if it’s just for a quiet moment or a friendly conversation.
Partners in Wellbeing are available to speak to from Monday through to Friday by calling 1300 375 330.
